The date 1366 on the label refers to the Den Hoorn brewery. Sébastien Artois bought that brewery in 1717. Stella Artois was first brewed in 1925 and launched in 1926 as a Christmas beer. It is named after the Christmas star ("stella" means star in Latin). The horn in the logo comes from Den Hoorn. It is owned by AB InBev.
