Brewed by the monks of Saint Sixtus Abbey in small quantities, with no advertising and sales strictly limited per customer. For decades the bottles had no labels and were told apart only by cap colour; labels arrived in 2022. Monks from this abbey founded Scourmont (Chimay) in 1850.
