St. Louis, United States
1955 · first brewed
Launched by Anheuser-Busch in 1955 as Busch Bavarian Beer and renamed Busch in 1979. Baseball rules then banned naming stadiums after beers, so new Cardinals owner Gussie Busch named the ballpark Busch Stadium after himself, then created a beer with the same name. Busch Light followed in 1989.
