Brasserie Dupont was founded in 1950 on a working farm that dates back to 1759. Its Moinette Blonde was long the best-seller, but Saison Dupont became internationally famous after its American importer promoted it in the 1980s. It is a classic example of the old farmhouse ales of Hainaut.
