Brewer William Gideon Åberg and his wife Onni founded Olvi in 1878. It is the largest Finnish-owned drinks company and Finland's third-largest producer of beer, cider and soft drinks. Its subsidiaries include Estonia's A. Le Coq and Lithuania's Volfas Engelman.
