Dreher

1870 · brewery founded

The Dreher brewing family came from Vienna, where Anton Dreher pioneered lager in 1841. The family built a brewery in Trieste, then an Austro-Hungarian free port, around 1870, and Dreher became an Italian brand after Trieste joined Italy. Heineken Italia has run the brand since 1974.
