Cruzcampo
Sevilla, Spain
1904 · brewery founded
Brothers Tomás and Roberto Osborne, from a sherry-making family, founded the brewery. Its first beer came out in December 1904. The name comes from the Cruz del Campo, a small roadside shrine near the brewery. The label shows Gambrinus, the legendary king of beer. Guinness bought the company in 1991, and it has belonged to Heineken since 2000.
