Inedit was created in 2008 by Damm's brewers together with chef Ferran Adrià and the sommeliers of his El Bulli restaurant. It was designed to go with food. The wheat and barley beer is spiced with coriander, orange peel and liquorice and is meant to be served in a wine glass.
