Mythos ('myth') was launched by the Boutari group as a home-grown Greek lager, brewed in a former Henninger plant. It was so successful that the company renamed itself Mythos Brewery in 2001. Carlsberg has owned it since 2008 and merged it into Olympic Brewery in 2015.
