First brewed in 1916 in La Ceiba by a company linked to the Vaccaro brothers' banana business. The name is said to combine the first names of Salvatore and Vicente D'Antoni, and the label shows the Honduran flag. Its brewer later merged into Cervecería Hondureña, owned by AB InBev since 2016.
