Simonds Farsons Cisk

Cisk was launched in 1929 as Cisk Pilsner by Marquis John Scicluna's Malta Export Brewery. The name comes from the Scicluna banker nicknamed 'Iċ-Ċisk', after the local mispronunciation of 'cheque'. In 1948 the brewery merged with Simonds Farsons.
