1990 · brewery founded

Production started in 1990, and Baltika grew into Russia's largest brewer with over a third of the market. Carlsberg took control through Baltic Beverages Holding, but after the invasion of Ukraine the Russian state seized its assets in 2023, and Carlsberg divested its shares in December 2024.
